Before Moving In

Some home improvement projects can be invasive and are recommended to be completed before moving in. Some of the more invasive projects include updates or installations of the following:

- carbon smoke detectors
- Sound systems
- Wireless phone systems
- Satellite or cable
- Central vacuum
- Air-conditioner

As a reminder, replace all smoke detector batteries when you first move in and change them again every time you change your clock for daylight’s savings time.
